Privacy policy·Last revised August 15, 2026
Memrio collects only what the product needs to run: your account, the session that keeps you signed in, and the work you create on the site.
We do not collect fitness, health, or location data. Optional analytics, when enabled, are used to understand product use — not to build a profile for sale.
“We treat your digital footprint with the same reverence as a physical contract. It is never for sale.”
Information is used to operate Memrio: sign-in, security, support, and the features you asked for. We may send transactional mail — verification, password reset, and notices about the account — not a marketing list you did not join.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with processors who host, send mail, or take payment on our behalf, and only as needed to run the service.
Data in transit uses TLS. Passwords are hashed. Access to production systems is limited to people who need it. No internet service is perfectly secure; we still design as if it should be.
We keep account data while the account is open, then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires a longer hold.
Servers may sit outside your country. Using Memrio means you accept that transfer under this policy.
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. California and EEA residents have the additional rights those laws name. We do not sell personal information.
Memrio is not for children under 13. If you believe a child gave us data, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Keep reading the terms alongside this page — they travel together.
